记录内容不见了怎么办？

请确认是否删除并重新安装过 App。删除 App 可能会同时删除本地数据。
请确认是否更换了设备，或是否通过系统备份恢复了 App 数据。
如果问题持续，请尽量提供发生时间、设备型号和操作步骤，方便排查。

提醒没有按时出现怎么办？

请在 iOS 设置中确认 Mellow Cloud 的通知权限已开启。
请检查专注模式、勿扰模式或系统通知摘要是否影响提醒显示。
请确认你在 App 内设置了正确的提醒时间。

我可以同步或备份数据吗？

当前版本以本地存储为主，不提供开发者服务器云同步。若你启用了 Apple 提供的设备级备份，相关备份能力由系统服务提供方处理。

Support note: Mellow Cloud focuses on local mood records and self-observation. Your mood entries, journals, tags, and preferences are stored on your device by default, so the developer usually cannot directly view or restore your local records.

What should I do if my records are missing?

Check whether the App was deleted and reinstalled. Deleting the App may also delete local data.
Check whether you changed devices or restored app data from a system backup.
If the issue continues, please share the approximate time, device model, and steps that led to the issue.

What should I do if reminders do not appear on time?

Make sure notifications for Mellow Cloud are enabled in iOS Settings.
Check whether Focus mode, Do Not Disturb, or scheduled notification summary affects reminder delivery.
Confirm that the reminder time is set correctly in the App.

Can I sync or back up my data?

The current version is local-first and does not provide developer-operated server cloud sync. If you enable device-level backup provided by Apple, that backup is handled by the system service provider.
